A simple system: my rates for virtual assistant services are handled with a virtual debit card system. Time is good for 1 year. Here’s the pricing:

- $175 for a 5-hour card
- $350 for a 10-hour card

I update clients every Monday via email with the amount of time they have remaining, along with providing the link to this page with the opportunity to purchase more time.
